Kumiki Climbing walls are build-to-suit by our talented team of designers and installers. With decades of experience in the climbing industry, we have the knowledge to help you design and build the right wall for your goals, from a climbing gym setup to a home wall.
Wall system
Designed, manufactured, installed, and finished for the project
The scale of each Kumiki Climbing Wall varies by project. The wall can be planned around a full climbing gym environment, or around a large private space where the wall, structure, finish, and installation need to work together.
From drawing to finished wall
Designed to fit the space before fabrication begins
Each wall starts with planning around the room, climbing goals, structure, and finish. A site visit and laser measure can be completed before fabrication to help assure a precise fit, then the pre-manufactured wall system is installed on site with less cutting and dust.
Materials and options
Panelized wood surface with finish options
Kumiki Climbing Walls utilize ¾” Baltic birch plywood panels with multiple finish options including clear and color, with or without texture.
Patented attachment method
Our patented panel connectors keep the steel substructure of the climbing wall away from the surface so you can screw on hand holds and volumes anywhere on the wall. This adds to the aesthetic appeal of the climbing wall because no mounting hardware is visible from the face of the panels.

Steel support and installation
Powder coated, bolt-together, adjustable support system
The steel support system is shop applied powder coated with primer and available in multiple colors. The bolt-together system avoids on-site welding and is adjustable for future expansion and modification, with a clean, visible structure for maintenance access behind the wall.

Prefabrication
Manufactured before arriving on site
The entire system is pre-manufactured in our facility, which keeps the impact on your facility small. Because the wall is prefabricated, there is little cutting and dust on-site. This also allows installation closer to the end of the overall construction project, so the finished product is less likely to get dirty or become damaged by other contractors that are on site.
We can also do a site visit and laser measure the site before fabrication to assure a perfect fit. Kumiki Climbing Walls can also be grid bolted for lead climbing.
